Thanks Beverly I'll try it out at BBCC next month-would hardly give it much chance with judging we get! |

It is particularly well done esp since you have the boys faces clearly shown. Oliver's addition of blur really helps the overall feeling of the race. This could do well in competition. |

My first thought when I glanced at this was that was looking at the back of a nude woman, then I noticed the seam on the LH shoulder. How you ever made such a distinctive image from the original is mind-boggling. There is nothing i would add/change-- I cannot say more! |

To see the subject from an unusual view is such a clever idea John; I would, as Nick suggests, add a border as a separation from the site's black BG |

Thanks to you both. I showed this to my friend Mark Southard nos. 8 and 18 and his comment was he thought the scissors were too large and therefore dominant. I rather think it is so. |

This so clever Nick. But how did you do the spheroid? |

Interesting that you used a file of your BG's-- it fits very well. The position of the sidecar rounding the corner is so important to this image. I did notice in bringing in the BG you have lost a little of the dog's wispy fur around his head. I do agree with Oliver that the absence of the full front wheel on the motorcycle and the rider's complete foot is a loss but not terribly important. I see this as an image that brings a smile to one's face. Well done!

I was quite amused by the message on the wall! Reminds me of a story my Dale tells of one of his army friends who, in WW11, was actually fined for "urinating on the King's highway".
Am wondering if the chain is used to flail the miscreant! The red and yellow are really what makes the image so eye-catching and the man stepping on to the yellow part of the pavement. Good idea to eliminate the car at the top. Only thing, I would crop slightly the LH side the image. Very good PJ presentation. |

Ron, a great image--this reminds me of our football games at Penn State. In 1951, with six other friends who had seats together, we decided we would all take our lunch and eat it, with a drink, in the parking lot---which was very small in those days. We truly believe we were the very first to have what became known as a tailgate party. Before we left for Ann Arbor (and transferred our cheers for U of M) we were cooking hotdogs and our small lunch had grown to a feast.
And what a great place Greenfield Village is, one could take pics endlessly there. |
