The B&W chequered pattern leading to the back statue is very effective, as is the diagonal slope of the right wall.
The extra texture in the rework is good.
Have you considered a closer crop. Up to the bottom of the left wall, and down to just above the complete arch. |

Yes. the original is a photo of a flower. the conversion is a great study of the flow of light and shade, The gradual change of light coming from the centre is very effective. I like the lines and patterns on the leaves. Great Image. |

Quite an entertaining image. Agree re the sign. I feel the horse is a little squashed in the frame, and maybe whole of the base could be in the shot. |

The central rock pointing me at the view behind works well. The hills are really crisp & the mono conversion has made them powerful. I would be tempted to tone down the bottom left corner. |

Lots of really nice lines, patterns, shapes and textures. These often do well in B&W. The reversal worked well and I like the crop on the left on the side of the steps. Catching the woman mid stride is good. The mono conversion seems to have a lost a little of the boldness of the tan steps. maybe some selective contrast would bring that back |

I like the composition of stem coming in from the left and the 3 open flowers and the closed one hanging there. The background is soft and unobtrusive. The colours seem soft and natural, though a tiny bit of selected saturation may help the image pop. The image is soft overall. I think a little longer DoF would have assisted the bottom flower. |

That foreground grass always annoyed me .It was bright sunlight. Too overblown. So i have done some cloning.
Its still a bit messy |
