The flower and the shadow are well positioned in the frame, and create nice balance. The stems under the water really add to the composition. The flower could be a bit sharper and some targeted saturation of the petals may help. |

An appealing composition. Well setup. I like the way the newspaper is kept in the frame by cutting three corners.
Colours work well together.
I don't think titles matter. Its about the image. |

Great capture. Presumeably also in low light.
Sharp where it needs to be and lovely colours.
Love the detail on that first row of feathers.
Maybe reduce the brightness of the top left corner to match right side. |

I really like the story here. The changes to the lavender fields by Jon is good. i like the colours of the still and its stands out well from the background walls. I would even consider cropping the whole top including the lights as I think they are not integral to the story.
There appears to be some processing issues as the grass creeps into the door.

The two strong colours of the flower are effective and give the image impact. perhaps the brightness of the right hand side could be reduced a little. Would have been nice for more of the flower ring to be sharp. To me the bee and the flower are the two elements of the image and the story is about the relationship.
Bee images are probably best when head/eyes are visible and clear.
In my view an image is evaluated on its merits. Titles are not important. |

A very impressive finished image.
One day I must do my homework and try to do this.
I don't think the dark bottom of the image adds anything.
The light rays and the Milky Way lining up works really well. |
