This image has wow factor. Showing the stems coming out of the pot is a nice touch. The central stem slightly off to the right subtly helps the balance. The brightness levels and contrast on the leaves and flowers is excellent and there is a great amount of detail. I really like the way the closed flower is pointing upward so strongly.
Yes perhaps a little more space at the top and maybe could have moved that hidden flower tip, but depends on your choice of composition.
Great as it is.
PS I don't think titles matter. |

The trees on the right balance the main pair. As do the reflections balance with their trees. Perhaps moving to the left if possible would have enabled the main reflections to be not dissected. Perhaps a little contrast added to the sky would have added punch. Yes, Photoshop Content Aware Fill is a good tool for wires. |

I think you have brought out the colours well to show effect of late afternoon light. Saturation level is Ok by me, but close to the limit. The reflection is shown well and is nicely framed by the foreground bushes. Not sure you need all the sky. |

Lauren, I like to review an image as it is presented and to identify the elements of a 'good' image. This is more difficult with experimental photography as it is harder to know what the photographer is trying to achieve.
I like the way the tulips at the front stand taller and more separated and then all merge together as they approach the yellow line. The tulip flowers stand out well against the green background. Its an interesting technique to demonstrate.

Great action capture. Love the determination and focus in the eyes and the clenched fists. This tells a great story. The pair of post is important to the story, not a distraction. The yellow and red colours are nicely muted. And the water movement is good.
Perhaps the top of the helmet is a little bright. |

Renee, I like to review an image as it is presented and to identify the elements of a good image. I would recommend the PSA Image Analysis course.
In my opinion this is a really good composition. i think the building balances nicely with the coloured trees on the left. The stone wall, path and bridges lead right to the door of the building. It seems to me that the the colours are quite natural as none jump out as over saturated
I don't think the seat is a problem, it is part of the story.
Yes the sky could be adjusted. I use Photoshop curves adjustment layer with masking and controlled painting in of adjustment. (may ways to do this - all are right!) |

Just a stand small Samsung phone. Problem was, it was a 30 second exposure, so captured a lot of the light from the phone. It has already been toned down.
Thanks for your interest

Rene,
This was a 30 second exposure. But when painting light with a torch it is more about how long you point the torch at any particular area. Its very much trial and error. Took about 20 shots over an hour to get this one.
