Brian, Thanks. I am intrigued by your left to right visual flow preference. I fully understand it and yet I like to defy it sometimes. I think I have a preference for preserving scenes as I observed them as flipping them sometimes forces me to loose connection with the experience. |

Tom, I sometimes like images that don't have everything wrapped up and tidy but I appreciate your feedback. This was more a study of mood and mystery. |

Lisa, Such a fun image. I like both the clouds and tree version. Other's have made some good suggestions. |

Tom, You've created a beautiful and compelling image. I love the lighting, tone and overall simplicity. This is the type of image that creates such an introspective mood, it is iconic in the contemplative feel. Nicely done. |

Melissa, This is a beautiful and provocative image. It reminds me of some of the classic flemish portraits from the past. I love how intimate and close up she is. A little like the Mona Lisa in the handling of the portrait with a landscape in the distance. There is something distracting going on with the tree on the left. It looks like there is a blue house behind it and I don't see that in the original 2. Nicely done. |

Hazel, I also like how you've integrated the fox in this image. I agree a subtle drop shadow would help fully integrate it |

Peggy, Thanks, I've been a huge fan of Escher and do believe his believable/unbelievable perspectives influenced this image. |

Matt, Thanks for your comments. I did tweak the upper guys size and left the lower people small intentionally. I did enjoy creating a subterranean space for the bottom of the waterfall and appreciate you noticing the efforts I did to remove the distracting imbalanced clouds. |

Kirsti, I'm not familiar the Icelandic mythology but will look into it. I agree the placement of the waterfall could be tweaked. As I'm sure you've experienced some images go through so many iterations one finally settles on a version that works. There are always many tweaks available and I will explore your suggestion. |

Alan, Thanks for your feedback. The small people were accidental and I kind of liked the surreal quality of disproportion. I emphasized their placement by leaving them colorized. I can certainly see your point for a simpler image. |

Bruce, A classic story nicely re-envisioned. I do find the heroine a bit small overall and wonder if a closer cropping might have more impact but realize the compromise to the height of the tower may not be worth it. Just a thought. |

Alan, You nailed it with this one. Simple, strong and compelling. It's the type of image you can go back to again and again in search of the message. |

Maria, What an interesting image you've created. I also find it quite enjoyable to allow my eyes to wander. I agree with Peggy's suggestion to add a levels correction and agree with Bruce with respect to the sky above the walls. I have no additional suggestions. I wonder if the image would be more powerful if you added a real sky with intense clouds, although I have to admit your handling creates some interesting animal and demonic faces centrally |

Kirsti, I love the variety of versions of this image. I'd be happy to share a milky way image if you want to play with it in your composite. I find mannequins so interesting. While in Vietnam with my family a few years ago I amused myself taking pictures of mannequins while my family shopped. The ladies working in the shops thought I was an odd character (maybe they are right!) |

Matt, I will join the group in applauding you for a master montage. Your handling of the sizes of the subjects creates a nice resonance that adds the right amount of novelty to compel repeated viewing. The texture overlay is perfect for this image and integrates everything nicely. |

Peggy, You are the master of texture. I love how you combine different textures and colors to create these magical renderings. I like this one as is and have no additional suggestions. |
