A very iconic San Francisco scene made even more iconic with your rendering. There's something so pleasing about the uniformity of the trees, cars and houses. |

Jan, Thank you for sharing the process. This is outstanding. This is perfectly executed and a delight to look at. It's interesting how many of us favored flowers this month. Viewing your image certainly took my mind off the headlines! |

Henry, I am enjoying seeing your evolving vision with plant still lives. I think you've nailed it on this one with respect to cropping, positioning and size. You are mastering your craft. Keep experimenting! |

Kathy, This image is delightful and beautifully crafted. I love how you've handled the violet hues and created such a complex and compelling backdrop for the subjects. Alpacas, ballerinas and butterflies couldn't make for a more happy image. I really like how you've positioned the girls so they are engaged with the animals. I have nothing to add except anticipation of your next months creation. |

Kathy, Thanks for sharing the inspiration. In this image the proportions balance it more. Don't take any of the suggestions too much to heart, this is an excellent image. |

Alan, I like this simpler version a lot. I personally like a little empty space. |

Alan, Another excellent and compelling surreal vision. I think you've done a beautiful job crafting this image. This image is very provocative and leaves so much to the imagination. The only element that distracted me on first viewing was the round table. I wonder if that was left out if it might be stronger (less is more). |

Kathy, What a visual treat you've created here. I absolutely love your handling of the textures, lighting, colors, shapes and tonality. The mood created by all of these elements works wonderfully with the models expression. I agree with Aavo regarding the tree coming out of the shoulder. Although I like the color and texture of it, I don't know if it adds as much to the theme. I feel like another element may take this from being the amazing image it is to a masterpiece. |

Aavo, I like how you've taken a political statement and made it into an image. Your choice to use color/black and white to emphasize the differences is effective. The wall you've chosen is very flat and the lack of sharpness, compared with the other elements in the image, makes it distracting to my eye. |

Peggy, I love how you've outlined your thought process here. I'm not bothered by the bright spot in the upper right, I think it adds a certain depth to the image. I think you've done a wonderful job with the conceptual aspects and execution of the image. I might try adding a little more contrast to the tigers eyes, mouth and nose to make it pop out of the page even more. |
