Lisa, Incredible. You've out done yourself here. Not only is this a wonderful image, but you've created a whole process to boot. The article is wonderful. |

Jan, I really like your handling of the painterly technique. There is a wonderful play of light, movement, form and contrast here. It brings up the feeling of a famous painting from hundreds of years ago with a modern handling. My only struggle would be what type of frame to use after printing it when you want to hang it on your wall. |

Lisa, Welcome to the group and nice job on your first entry. This image has so many nice elements. The colors are bright and happy, the graded background adds a nice backdrop for the dramatic mirrored flamingos. I like how you've enhanced the color around the eyes and beak area. One minor suggestion. The bird on the left of the image seems to have some bleeding of the pink color from the background onto his lower neck. |

Maryellen, I love the colors you've blended here. I like how you have a circular movement and a downward movement in the image. It keeps the eye moving. I also like your simple background. The little details you've done (darker at the top and having the flowers extend beyond the background) all make for a very nice art piece. |

Henry, You've made a beautiful photo here. I would just keep enjoying the experimenting with filters, camera raw and brushes on many photos. This one looks done to me. |

Nothing "fun" about this selfie but it is well done. It is certainly a central focus of our attention for the last few weeks if not longer. It looks like a good book cover. Well done Kathy, I hope you and your family are well. |

Alan, Another beautifully executed image. I like the simplicity of the image. The platform she is standing on and the background perfectly enhance a sense of the epic nature of the super power display. The foreground elements are nicely lit to draw attention to the action. This is a flawless image, well done. |

Betty, I really like what you've created here. It is certainly a departure from your usual style. I like how you've created a UFO and spaceman out of found objects. The dark background is very effective and creates a real mood as does the handling of the moon. I would like to see a touch more trees at the very bottom left to give perspective. The dog adds a nice element but I find the floor he is standing on a bit distracting in this context. I also wonder if the concord or whatever the airplane is in it adds to the image given the placement and size. |

Aavo, I really like your playful departure. I like the linear elements you've added to the background as it keeps it from being bland. You've succeeded in creating something very unique. Do your subjects like their handling? |
