Lisa, Despite all the planning I often find those images that weren't planned create something special as they take us past where our rational minds were going into that creative realm. I like what you've done to enhance the image. Since you've crossed the boundary of realism I wonder if you should keep going and add some additional elements. Adding additional colors and maybe a more dramatic seascape might balance the image some. I also wonder if you could blur or add some glow to the big dipper stars some as the effect seems too much of an "effect" for my taste. |

Jan, I like this image a lot. The close up view of the sun and the elephant do justice to this noble creature. I wonder if you boosted the contrast some for the elephant or added more black tones if it might be even more dramatic. |

Betty, If you look at image 1 there is no funny business with the direction of the waves, that's just the way the waves came in due to the rock formations. Anyway, don't worry so much the kids are safe. |

Betty, Your image nicely captures the indifference of the crowds and the attentiveness of the cat in a very effective way. The cubist background is a little distracting for my taste but it certainly creates a nice background for your story. |

Aavo, This is a very fun and playful image. I would change your name and move out of state as you will definitely be on the government's watch list now. |

Peggy, This is a beautiful and rich image. It does suggest an interesting story and has a nice flow and draws my eye around and around as I look at each of the animals. I feel the lion perched up high fits in beautifully and has a commanding presence. I personally find the monkeys a little distracting as their brightness and sharpness feels off compared with the lion. Every time I go back to this image I want to take the monkeys and tiger out of the picture and do something to focus on what the lion is telling me. I know that comment isn't very helpful but I am so taken by the lion in this setting I feel a different story would be much stronger. Maybe adding a submissive lion below to emphasize the king of the hill presence or a challenger to the throne would make for a complete story. Don't get me wrong this is a very nice image, I just feel there is a great image asking to be developed here. |

I haven't ventured into that world yet. I've always fanatasized about how amazing it would be to have more control over the angle of view but wasn't ready to sink more money into drones and cameras. |

Thanks Stephen. I find the story is more important to me over time as filters and gimmicks don't keep my interest. |
