I think you have accomplished the art of dreamy in this image and at first i too thought it was shot through water. Very nice effect with the glass and something i haven't tried so given me inspiration! I agree with Carole about allowing more room at the bottom of the image.
Love the Jellyfish too...such a rich royal blue colour. |

A colourful jellyfish...i like the deep orange and reds contrasting with the colour of the water. You did well to get the tentacles in. If you had more room on the right hand side maybe it would be nice to have the jellyfish not dead centre. Border definitely helps define the image. |

Very creative and perfect for this month's assignment. I love abstract and this fits perfectly. My eye went straight to the strong vertical lines on the left...i like how you made them off centre. Think the extra vertical lines on the right are good as it adds more dimension to the image. Nice soft colours. |

Thanks Tom. Yes I am inclined to keep the waves as it adds a sense of place. |

Great technique producing this image with your lens hood. The penguin is sharp and it looks like it is looking right at you..great capture. To me the background is a bit bright so i would have darkened this a bit. A vignette a good idea from Mike also to focus on the Penguin. |

The mountains provide a great backdrop especially with the sun coming up...To me the glow works well. I might have put this through ColorEfex Pro with Tonal Contrast to see if that makes it pop more. I agree with Mike about the foreground being a tad too dark so would lighten that and maybe crop down from the top so you have less sky. Nice composition of a sunrise. |

I was wondering about the patience of the hawk (and you!) in this image but it paid off for both. Your processing has bought out lovely textures and sharpness in the hawk and the frog. I agree with Mike's comment that the background and foreground slightly unrealistic. I use Lens blur too on occasion. Otherwise a great capture for sure. |

You have a very nice image of Jim. It looks like a painting. The strawberry matches the redness of his tongue. Great story and you have done well in your processing. I agree with Mike about toning down the strawberries and the shell to focus more on Jim and his quest. |

Love this...i can feel the weight of the snow on the branches. We get lots of snow here in Colorado although this has been a strange year of low snowpack so nice to see the volume of snow on this tree. You have captured nice detail in the branches. Might have cropped up a bit from the bottom as the bottom left seems a bit heavy to me. |

Beautiful image and looks very natural to me. You did well to produce this from the original with your processing. A peaceful scene of the Owl enjoying his sleep. Very nicely done. |
