12 Dec 25 Comment Great powerful image...a good bit of photojournalism. Send a clear meesage and leaves raw emotion. Dec 20th
12 Dec 25 Comment You have captured the emotion and story in this image perfectly. As Carole says you can almost hear the singing! They all seem very passionate about their protest. Nice backdrop too which gives a sense of history. I also feel a title accompanying an image is important to help direct the viewer. Dec 15th
12 Dec 25 Comment I like photojournalism and this is a perfect example...it tells a story. You have drawn attention to 'chronic illness' with this image. And you do look well and great catchlight in your eyes! Nicely done. Dec 15th

52 Dec 25 Reply Thanks Judith...i am attaching the original (with horizon straightened!). I will add more detail to the foreground sand as good suggestion. Dec 21st
52 Dec 25 Comment The overall scene is magical...perfect for the fairies it conjures up to me. The flowers wrapping around the Cypress tree gives the bayous a life of its own. Could a higher shutter speed given more sharpness to the bottom of the trees and a few of the flowers? Difficult to do in a kayak i would imagine. Lovely image. Dec 20th
52 Dec 25 Comment This definitely has a dreamy element with your high key resolution...like the title which evokes the colourfulness of the flower. A bit too bright at the top but as Pamela has said you would lose the high key effect. I like the softness of this image. Dec 20th
52 Dec 25 Comment Lovely image of the Grebe with is soft brown hues blending well with the background and reflection in the water. I like the contrast of the ripples and the motion of the Grebe. The blurry feathers do not worry me as they help depict motion.
Agree with Sharon about allowing more room in the front. A nice capture.

52 Dec 25 Reply Thanks Sharon and yes will fix the horizon. Dec 20th
52 Dec 25 Comment What a great image. Amazing how they store fish in their pouch. You can see the intent of the 2 white pelicans. You have captured nice light showing the detail in the pelicans. The contrast of the rippling water in the foreground works well with the stillness of the background.
For your original you have Sharon's photo up so not sure what happened there.

52 Dec 25 Comment Beautiful, it takes me right there. You can feel the early morning with the mist on the lake. Nice layering of the foreground taking my eye to the beautiful snow capped mountains and the soft sky. Very nice and not surprised it is one of your favorite landscape images. Dec 15th
52 Dec 25 Comment I really like the upward motion of the Egret as it takes off and great detailing and sharpness in the head, body and feet.
The only thing that bothers me is the blurred green in the foreground...i might have cropped up a bit from the bottom so you have less of it. I also might have darkened the background a bit as would give the Egret more definition. Otherwise nice capture.
