There is alot to look at in this image and the leading lines with the curves and the tower works really well. I think lightening the image works and to me doesn't detract from the concept. The trees add texture too. |

Not sure why yours is blue but i do like it! Its tricky shooting snow scenes...i tend to put mine into a 'cloudy' or 'shade' setting when i post process. Thanks for the tips on parks...will put that on my list of photo opportunities when we travel. Our backyard is one big open space so lots to keep me entertained! |

What a great scene...we have snow all the time here in Colorado but its nice to see another perspective! The image to me creates a story with the footprints in the snow. Great textures and i like the curve of the path complimenting the straightness of the trees. Very nicely done. |

I can almost hear the power of the waterfall crashing down! To me it is a good example of leading lines staggering down following the water line. The branch is a bit intrusive but it helps guide you down. Amazing what detail your camera captured and you should definitely go back and re-edit your trip. It sounds like a great one! |

To me this is a really good image using a wide angle lens. It creates a great depth and you can't help looking at the horizon with its beautiful colours. Leading lines of the fence post also has impact. Really lovely image. |

All good things come to those who wait and this is a great image! The formation is perfectly captured and i like the fact it is not a uniform formation. Your choice of post processing to the yellow preset is perfect. Nicely done and has inspired me to look at patterns too. |

I love the colour in this image and how the bird complements the water. Enough ripples to add contrast to the smoothness of the loon and you have created good spacial awareness around the loon. Nicely done. |

Thanks Sharon and good to know about the requirements for the Nature Division. I did not darken too much. Yes think if i shot it at F5.6 i would have got more in focus so will be practicing that! |

Yes i like the high key image too and the broken ice helps ground the image together with the birds feet. Nice colour of the feathers and good enhancement of the red and yellow. Just a bit more separation of the beak against the wing would have been good but otherwise for me its a lovely image. |
