Thanks Lee Ann for your comments. I am very fortunate to combine my love of travel with the passion of photography and yes I am in the travel business. I am actually an African Travel specialist but do other parts of the world too so consider myself lucky and that the fact my husband likes to travel too! |

An intriguing composition telling a story and yes hope you are better now. Very nicely arranged and the black backdrop enhances the objects. My eye goes from one to the other and has a nice thread. Think for me I agree with Joan about darkening the background adding more drama to the image. Nicely done on your iPhone. |

Perseverance has paid off! What a stunning and original image..totally captivating me! I liked how they look suspended in mid air to me with the choice of your black background. Very creative and I like how you have left them to roll… |

It does look a lonely home which at one point must have been full of life and makes you curious as to who was living there. A nice portrail of this abandoned home. I like how your have turned it into Black & White to add more drama and simplicity and to place it in the center also works. Nicely done. |

What a beautiful arrangement of the Magnolias. I had to look up the Harry Lauder Walking Stick Tree to learn more so thank you for enlightening me! Being British it was an interesting history for me. Your processing has worked well...perhaps having a smaller aperture might have cut down on the bright textures. What time of day was it? I really like your black background as this really makes the flower and the branches stand out. Is the blur tool in Lightroom? I have never used that but am intrigued. A wonderful image...nicely done. |

Very pretty orchid and i like the background, the dark and the stone. It gives it an arty look with the stone mimicking the petals. I do like the static image of the Orchid and the lighting too is nice. Perhaps a border around the frame might give it a bit more definition? For the rule of odds i might have cropped out the right hand flower at the back. |

Thanks Sharon for your input. This sadly was the first shot I took of the sunrise but next time I will endeavor to get up earlier! The ones I took after this one had the sun with a orange calibration round it so out of the ones I took this one was the best. I normally print on white metal but I agree I might print this out on canvas..good idea. I have just got the new Canon R5 so learning a lot! |

Thanks Pamela for your comments and I guess that there is not much you can do about an image of the sun. Was just wondering if I was missing anything! |

That is a great shot of the Eagles Nest and i actually liked the original as well with the branches framing the nest. The eagles all have interest and good detail and considering the harsh light you have done a great job in post. Might have cropped abit more from the bottom. |

How nice you have found Spring in your back yard...am looking forward to this for ours..still too much snow! Great detail and lighting on the Buckeye bud and including the fly! Plants always good to shoot in diffused lighting,it being overcast. My only comment would be to see if you could crop out the vertical branch as bit of a distraction for me. |

Nice vertical composition and the Trick Falls look intriguing. For me my eye wanders up from the Falls to the Mountain Top...you could have another photo here of just the Falls if you cropped down from the top. I like the colours and detail in the rock...can you remember what time of day you took this? Cropping up from the bottom would also enhance this image for me. Nice Fall foliage. |

A beautiful serene image enhanced for me by being in Black & White. The movement in the water adds a striking pose of the swan. Great details in the wings and sharpeness in the eye. Maybe more detail in the body of the neck at the bottom although not a detraction. Nicely balanced with the swan in the centre and if you had more room on the left hand side that would have been a nice image too i think. |
