I love the shadows and the hat resting on the chair depicts a lazy day summer to me in Florida! To me it would have been nicer to have less of the table and tray and more focus on the chair and the hat. Good storyline. |

I really like how you have textured the snow and how the snow is softly piled up on the chairs. A nice story here depicting that winter is still here! |

I like that you zoomed in to focus on the table and chairs with the umbrella acting as a grounding point with its horizontal stance. The curved table also acts as a nice balance. Feels as if this table is waiting for those summer days! |

At first it took me a while to look at the 'stuff' on the patio which is good as got me thinking! Its amazing as you say how tuned in Photography can become. I like how the black iron fence is dominant and to me acts as a frame for the image. This is a good example of looking around you and telling a story. |

Thanks Mike also for your suggestions. I was worried that it should be a threesome rather than 2 animals that work so good to know that. |

Great motion capture and i like the intensity of the front bird with its sharpness leads me straight to it. I think for me just to have 2 birds in the frame would add a bit more focus as i feel the 3rd bird is a bit of a distraction..I really like the light on the water and the shadows of the birds. Nicely done. |

I really like the composition and in fact i prefer the bokeh effect in the original but that's just me. You have done a great job brigthening and sharpening the flower so you can see all the detail. Slight halo effect round the stem when you look closely. I like both Sharon's version and yours so as Pamela says a matter of choice. |

I do a lot of my prints on white metal and think this would look great too. |

It does look like a glorious day in Montana...we have similar scenes here in Colorado which are stunning especially at this time of year. I like how you shot it at F9 and everything is in focus with great detail in the grasses peeping through the snow and the trees adding great texture. It does well as a Pano emphasizing the layers of the hills leading to the mountain at the back. Very nice. |

A true winter wonderland and also the snow looks like the icing on a cake! I like the way you bought out the texture in the snow..not an easy feat. Lovely composition...i prefer the colour image. |

Amazing courtship...was he making a nest with the twig in his mouth? The sharpness of the birds and the details in the feathers are wonderful. A slight vignette might enhance the image perhaps to me but otherwise what a great capture and definitely competition worthy. |
