12 May 20 Comment What a gorgeous composition and certainly heralds the signs of spring. I really like how the pink colour stands out against the rocky background and the way you have included the new buds waiting to bloom. I may have seen if i could have tightened up the focus on the flower on the left. May 19th
12 May 20 Comment He certainly seems to be enjoying the moment! I like how you captured the flow of the water and the spray. Think i may have used a wider aperture to block out and blur the background a bit more. May 19th
12 May 20 Comment Certainly signs of spring with the gorgeous pink blossoms against the starkness of the tree. The blue sky also adds colour and acts as a good backdrop for the tree. For me i would have cropped the foreground slightly so to give more focus to the blossoms and the tree. Must have been a beautiful drive at that time of year! May 13th
12 May 20 Comment I love magnolias and what a gorgeous colour pink! Good to know that the fountain is now flowing to celebrate the signs of spring! Certainly an impressive fountain and i like how you have captured the water movement of it trickling down...good water droplets. Only distraction for me is the car in the background and might have been better with a more obscure/blurred background to make the fountain stand out even more. May 12th
12 May 20 Comment Gorgeous colour and i love how you had captured the raindrops, it must have had a wonderful aroma too! The blurred background is not at all distracting so your focus is just on the Iris. I think if it were me i would have cropped slightly on the right to take out the small white spot. Great shot. 12 May 20 Reply Thanks Gavin and i always have trouble with moon shots so don't do them very often but couldn't miss the chance with this one as it was a beautiful scene. 1/30th F8 ISO800. Super moon tonight! May 7th
12 May 20 Comment Thanks Connie. I didn't have much time to think about the shot as the light was fading and the moon was getting brighter and without a tripod had to click away fast! This was taken at 1/30th F8 ISO800. Was lucky... May 7th
