Thanks Judith, I like the crop, however I have a preference for the landscape crop, your eye still goes to the kangaroo, but provides more of the environmental surroundings |

Hi Barbara, The Blackbird is well placed in the frame, I like the way the head is turned back, no background distraction with nice catchlight in the eye, the image looks a little overprocessed/sharpened, shutter speed is very fast, ? could have reduced ISO a little to reduce the noise, well done using the 600mm lens, they are quite heavy and difficult when pointing upwards. |

Hi Steven, Lovely minimalistic image. wonderful cloud formation but it is the fence line that starts in the bottom left that takes you to the person then the tree, well spotted. |

Hi Paul, One cloud and what a cloud it is, looks like quite a powerful weather cell, the contrast and colour in the sky is very dramatic, nicely done HDR, well seen and captured, As experiment, I cropped the image and placed the land on the bottom third, reducing the water and making the sky the emphesis. |

Hi Fat, Wonderful macro image, good focus on the person with blurring of the rest of the frame, person well positioned within the frame, holds your eye with no where else to go, I looked at Judith's B/W conversion, however I do prefer the colour, gives you more to explore. |

Hi Judith, lovely image of the gosling, nice and sharp with detail on the beak and head, good catchlight in the eye with good use of the third line, the grass around the bird works well with no distractions and you have maintained a nice natural colour pallet. |

Hi Tim, a very desolate wintery image waiting for spring and warmth, the colour tonal range is quite narrow and suits the image well, I know this is a little picky but the blue thing on the R side in the tress is quite distracting for such a small thing!!, the image is sharp through to the trees in the background, and the centring of the island works well. |
