It is interesting how a simple image can be so intriguing, the yellow lines take you through the image but you are stopped by this painted pedestrian, so you backtrack and look at the other aspects of the image.		 Aug 20th

You have put a lot of work into this image, and I do like the edited version, as the sky has so much potential. Reducing the sand, but keeping some of the detail and cropping on the right side has enhanced the image and bought the island closer to the viewer allowing you to see the nice sharp detail. Great capture, lovely colours, the blurring and the background colours offer no distractions and really enhance the image.
The black branch seems to round up the birds and create a frame with the curve of the title above, I like the ray of light that highlights the grasses texture and colour in the foreground of the image.		 Aug 20th

What wonderful vibrant colours, placing the hands and the forehead in the area of the upper third, your eyes are drawn to this spot, the girls downcast eyes adds to the traditional feel of the image.		 Aug 20th
