I did a quick edit to try and tone down the highlight on the otter's head. Using the adjustment brush in Lightroom Classic, I adjusted the highlight down. On this low resolution jpg there wasn't much to recover. I then cloned some of the fur into the highlight area. Your original raw image may have some additional detail in that highlight area that you can recover. |

An interesting process. Thanks for sharing the technique. I agree the red is oversaturated in the edited versions and personally like the red color in the original better. I prefer the crop labeled as Original 2 |

Great subject and I like the composition and the position you captured him in and the texture of his fur. Can the highlight on the left side of the head be toned down slightly? |

Nice butterfly with great colors. In my opinion, the center and tail of the butterfly and the flower bud at the tip of the right wing are a little too bright. |
