75 Mar 20 Reply Thanks for the feedback. I chose the horizontal crop to get the bird as large as possible and to provide space for him to "fly into", unfortunately, that took out the reflection. Mar 23rd

75 Mar 20 Reply It is pretty easy to use the clone and spot removal tool in Lightroom. Here is a link from Anthony Morganti about using the tool that you may find useful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lq4lzEiq60k Mar 23rd
75 Mar 20 Comment Nice image. I really like how you captured the interaction of the birds. They seem to be communicating with each other. I like the colors and textures and think the sharpness is excellent as can be seen in the eyes of the birds. Although I like the lighting as is, I wonder if the branch the birds are on should be toned down just a little?

Overall, I think this is a great image.

75 Mar 20 Comment I get a sense of vastness and emptiness from this image and I'm left with the question why? Why did someone fence this area in? I like the juxtaposition of the small fenced area against the openness of the land and sky. I also like the rock that you included in the image.

I would have liked to have seen some separation between the top fence post and the tree in the background. Perhaps a slight movement either left or right would have been sufficient. I am not sure what the rectangular shaped object is that is cut off on the left side of the frame. To me it is a little distracting. You might consider eliminating it.

75 Mar 20 Comment I like how you isolated a single swan in your final image. In my opinion, this is a very nice high key image. I like how you placed the swan and how you captured the wings, which I think gives a sense of motion and adds to the interest. Mar 17th
75 Mar 20 Comment I think this is a nice, colorful subject with a lot of texture. I like how you captured the curve of the tail feathers.

Personally, I would have liked to have seen the red cap behind the rooster removed and a tighter crop to remove a little more of the empty space at the top and highlights of the pavement toned down. Here is an edit I did to show what I mean. I added a vignette in an effort to place more emphasis on the rooster.
