Thank you for your suggestions! This boathouse has fascinated me for some time- its on an inlet and sits in the middle of logging patterns, a few fishing boats and not much else. The boathouse sits lopsided in the water and no matter what I do, the photo ends up looking sort of lopsided. (Richard- I am a sucker for reflections too! Part of this boathouse's charm...) I took a picture of it in 2012 and used a rudimentary application to process it. Last summer decided to revisit the boathouse to try for a better shot. Still not altogether pleased with the photo. The boathouse is located in Kitimat, British Columbia - 35 miles off Hwy 16 at Terrace, BC- between Prince George and Prince Rupert. (My daughter lives in Smithers BC- I drive up there every summer). I will have to revisit it again... and again... ho hum! Anyway here is the warmed up version: |
