Ian, we're out of sync this week, but then I don't have any moving water nearby. I like the birds, and the enhanced sky. Also the panoramic cropping. Is this the ocean at a low tide? Or is the ledge always exposed? |

Nice softness to this image, and a very interesting composition. but your house must very very dark. |

B&W is surely the way to go with this image, and it has great tonal range. My only comment is that I am distracted by the perspective of the bench. It seems out of kilter to me and I want to straighten it a bit. Maybe a change in the viewpoint. Or maybe its our of kilter naturally. Or maybe its just me. |

Beautiful shot that conveys the winteriness nicely. Great framing of the sunset, and the sunlight in the foreground is a good touch. I might tone down the rays just a shade, and maybe the sky just a shade also. Very nice shot. |

I have to agree with both Trey and Ian about the cropping. I find the 16:9 (I think it is) a little distracting because it's unconventional for this kind of image, and it leaves to much space that doesn't contribute. And it appears to be a little soft. Nice job bringing out the reflections. |
