What a nice image! The bird looks suspended, and it looks relaxed some how. Not how you usually see bird photos.
I wouldn't crop too much from the left side - but you could lose a little from the top.
Nice job. |

Thanks for posting your edit. I'm still playing with this & seeing what I can do. I do like the background better w/your edit. |

Beautiful woman & portrait. You have captured such a natural smile - and the focus is very good. I agree with Shirley that any way you can remove the harsh lights on the sides of her face would improve the image. You might try a portrait crop vs. landscape. Here's a 5X7 crop |

Great shot! You have such good focus. The crop made a big difference. I really like this & think you have edited it perfectly. |

Add me to the group that doesn't know much about IR photography. The images I have seen tend to be very white, so the warmth of this image was unexpected. It is very interesting. I would probably crop the bottom edge just enough to remove the sidewalk. |

This is beautiful! It looks like a painting. I'm very impressed with the removal of the gate - I keep studying the edit trying to see artifacts & I don't see any. Was your edit in Photoshop? |

Where did you put the graduated filter? From the top? Did you have to mask the flower? I'd love to see your edit. |

This is an interesting image. One leg, no head, lines forever. Was the bird standing on a hill? If not I would crop the image so the land looks level. Nice job! |

Very nice! Beautiful colors. My only suggestion would be to use a brush tool and desaturate the yellow behind the flower. It isn't too distracting as it is though.

This is one of my very favorite color combos. Love this! I like how the line of the berries goes diagonally through the image. My favorite berry is the one on the upper left or I would suggest a tighter crop. |

The color is so vibrant & pretty, and the focus is very good. I would crop in and remove most of the light background on the top. A square crop might work really well with this image. |

Wow - looking at the thumbnail I thought you had applied a filter. It is so interesting. I always take photos of leaves that have holes in them. I'm just drawn to them in some way. I really like this because it tells a story. |

This is beautiful - I love coastal images. I agree with Belinda that removing the small black blurb on the left edge would improve the composition.

Beautiful colors. I agree with Belinda that this is very abstract. When I was just looking at the thumbnail I thought it was a narrow canyon in southern Utah (I have a pretty active imagination). The gold tones in this are very pretty - they look like they have backlight. |

Nice capture of a busy bee. I don't see much difference between the original and the edit. Can you try to use a brush tool and give the bee just a bit more contrast or darken it so it pops more? That's my only suggestion. Beautiful flowers. |

I love your edits on this. The tone and desaturation made such a difference. I didn't notice the leaves touching the edges until I read your notes.
Very nice. |

Nice edits on this. It makes me think of an ad from a long time ago that had a holstein cow standing in grass field - maybe a Gateway computer ad. The shape of the hill makes me think a fisheye might have been used - but it also makes the image more interesting. I like this a lot. |
