2 Nov 18 Comment Welcome to the group! I'm a newbie in Group 02 myself.

I really like the colors especially the blue tones on the right and then on the bridge. I think it would be a stronger image if you had a bit wider angle and the top of the bridge was visible.

2 Nov 18 Reply I have never submitted any work and don't feel like I'm ready to start, but that's still good info to know. I have tried to find this artist and have been unsuccessful. I got these about 20 years ago in a tiny shop in Kemah TX. My next project is going to be to photo a Czech glass earring collection that I have. The man who made them is deceased. They would probably fall under the same rules. Interesting. Thanks!

2 Nov 18 Comment Nice image. I have never tried to convert a sunset image. This makes me want to go back through my catalog & try it. I wish there was more of the reflection. Nov 9th
2 Nov 18 Comment Nice shot. I can never isolate the ducks that I want and always end up with trying a crop that doesn't work. This crop works for me. I really like the color and the reflection. Nov 8th
2 Nov 18 Comment I like this - the light and colors are really attractive. The focus on the skater is really good. Is it straight? The skater appears to be straight, but the blue lights are leading uphill on the right. Is that because they curve? Nov 8th
2 Nov 18 Comment The image is really sharp and the lighting on the building is nice. I agree with Al that the light on the bottom right becomes a focal point. I think removing it did help. Nov 8th
2 Nov 18 Comment Great shot! It feels like it is in the wild. So many photos of animals in captivity show them resting. Don't often get to see one in action. The only thing I might try is to selectively desaturate the brightest greens just a little. Nov 8th
2 Nov 18 Reply Thanks for the kind comments. I have 2 of these clay figures. They are about 6 inches high. I've had fun over the years setting up little holiday vignettes. I have a little shopping bag with gifts and a small Christmas tree with lights. Here's her partner in crime.

57 Nov 18 Comment I love everything about this. I like the color, the focus and the blue tint on the background. It looks like an underwater creature. Nov 9th
57 Nov 18 Comment Nice shot! I better do some research about crash points that Cindy mentions above. I prefer the original orientation, but I have no idea why. Nov 8th
57 Nov 18 Comment This is beautiful. I can't think of anything that would improve this. I think the texture you added is perfect. Nov 8th
57 Nov 18 Comment I love the light on the leaves. Did you try a tighter crop on the right where the light isn't coming through the leaves? The brightness of the background doesn't distract me. Nov 8th
57 Nov 18 Comment Very creative. I really like the color and the reflection. It isn't in sharp focus, but for this abstract I feel like that works and makes it more surreal. Nov 8th
