The first thing I noticed was the dark feeling of this shot. Then I thought about the lines going everywhere. But what I can't unsee is a face on the church. The 2 windows looks like eyes and below is the mouth. The church face seems concerned about all of the chaos. |

Great color & movement in this shot. I like that both of her feet are off the ground (the front one just barely). The only distraction for me is the lower right flowers. |

This is beautiful. My only suggestion is that it gives me a feeling of being tilted to the left. I cropped it just a bit to show what I mean & I guess it didn't make that much difference. It is absolutely a wonderful photo! |

This is a happy photo to me because of the child's movement. I wonder if he is tugging on her shirt though & just about to topple the whole basket over.
I don't think the trees on the upper right add to the photo & they could be cropped out. That's my only suggestion though. |

I really like the light and color. The specs of yellow/orange color make the image for me.
I live close to the Golden Spike National Historic Site which is where the Union and Central Pacific railroads met in 1869. I am always shy about taking my tripod with me on visits to places like this and I always regret my efforts to handhold in low light. |

It looks so lush & definitely like a green oasis. I would try a tighter crop to eliminate some of the objects outside of the center circle. My eye goes to a rock inside the circle that looks like it has moss or growth on it. It could be plants in front of the rock - I can't tell, but that's what draws my eye when I look at it. |

Thank you for the suggestion. Here's the output from a closer crop. Looking at my photos it looks just like one I took from the same spot at 70mm. |

Great focus! The only item that distracts me is the lower right hand blob of orange. The other background flowers don't bother me at all. Flowers are my favorite macro subject. |

I like this shot a lot. At first I thought I was seeing the top of the beak - which was quite wide. Then I realized that I was looking into it's beak. The image kept my interest & I think you did a great job. |

This is beautiful. The white feathers in the front have such good detail.
I think your processing is just right & wouldn't change anything. |

I looked at this image for a minute before I figured out what I was looking at. I thought the center was a metal tool of some sort. When I realized it was the view beyond the gate I had a hard time thinking of it that way. I love the peeling paint and the rust on the handle.
I would bump the vibrance to bring out the green shades just a little. It might also look good in monochrome or B&W. |
