For sure an award winner. I think your choices of having a brighter bottom and the backlite trees on the ridge at the top are what separates this image from other images of suns rays in a fog. Well done |

There seems to be a consensus that a subject is needed. While I agree, for me the longer I look the more details I see. I suspect the processing yielded what you saw. Artistically, I wonder if increasing the luminance and saturation of the greens (it is Ireland....) would add interest. |

A non-traditional approach to get the MW - liked the choice of centering the lighthouse in the middle and using a long lens to collapse the MW. Maker's choice: there are many stars in this image which to my eye appears like someone spilled salt. My preference is fewer but brighter stars - reducing texture can help with that |

Nicely seen and photographed. Excellent composition and processing to bring out the red colors. This might make a good B/W as well. |
