I love the color in this one but also liked the B/W in Group 83. I did not notice the bands of color until I saw Larry's comment. My eye just blended them together. As Larry said, this is a maker's choice. For me, the brushy clump and scrawny tree balance each other. If it were my image, I would crop in some from the left to place the major tree in the middle of the image. The area behind the trees is much brighter so I presume you may have darkened the water with a brush. Great time of day, and you maximized the color to make a beautiful image. |

I think you did a great job of post processing. I do agree with Larry's comment about cropping in from the left. All the brightness on the right side leaves the image unbalanced to my eye. If the hills on the left were bright and the mountain on the right was in shadow, the image as is would have worked well to give a sense of place and be balanced. |

This is still a colorful image and some of the trees and grasses clearly designates fall. The reds, golds, and greens provide a colorful and interesting background to the bridge. I like the angle you photographed the bridge - it gives a sense of length of the bridge but also shows sufficient side detail. The time of day to get shadows and the warm color work well for my eye. The windmill gives a sense of place and time. Actually, the windmill looks in pristine shape. |

The way you took and processed this image gives it almost a 3D feel - nicely done. It appears you did a slight vignette which highlights the main subject tree and moves the rest into the background. I like the darker bottom part of the image. I have no suggestions to improve this image. A winner |

Wow, something happened in the export. My base file does not have the blue. You are right, though, as presented there is way too much blue |
