I agree with Larry about the space at the bottom and the leading lines of the trees. Given I get a commission on cropping, I would crop in a bit from both sides to get rid of the stairs on the left but keep the balance. Good decision to include people in the image. Can you lighten the statue at the top of the building?		 Nov 14th
36 Nov 24 Comment I like the way the center building seems to leap off the page with the brighter color and almost arrowhead design emerging in the image. I agree with Larry that the sky sets the mood. Keeping the busy foreground dark works very well. I am confused by the reflection in the building though - it looks like a partly cloudy blue sky while the sky in the image is a foreboding dark sky. I would have liked to have seen the B/W - it should be a great image as well. Nov 14th
36 Nov 24 Comment Nicely seen. I liked you did not lighten the trees too much because it is apparent from the sky that it is getting darker. I think you are right, the foreground trees look a little over sharpened to my eye and appear a little lighter than the more distant trees when a bit darker would be my preference. It might be a false perception created by all the white tree limbs. You did a nice job of creating cloud movement. I see some dark spots that appear to be incongruent to the rest of the clouds. I think having very sharp trees and really soft, moving clouds is a maker's choice. For me, my style would have been to keep the clouds sharp with the trees or have both be softer. Again, just me. Nov 14th
36 Nov 24 Comment I love the subtle color palette and the path going into the fog. For me, I think a slightly wider angle would have picked up the rest of the path; it feels truncated to me. If I were really picky I would remove the tree limb in the upper right and the heavy section of the branch in the upper part of the tree. Overall, a very enjoyable image that could hang in a medical building to give a sense of peach. Nov 14th
