I can relate to trying to photograph waterfalls in the rain, having done so with numerous waterfalls several times in Oregon. I like the choice of shutter speed for this one. I had to look for the people you referenced so leaving them in or AI removing them both work for me. Wind must have been minimal because the leaves were sharp. In this case the rain provided a nice fog/mist effect in the upstream area of the river. |

You accomplished a lot of excellent post processing to get this image. It all works well. For me, the moon higher in the sky looks more realistic with the landscape. I would clone out the light on both the mountain and in the reflection in the water since the bright dot attracts my eye. All the buildings look pretty sharp to me. Well done. |

A well composed image, especially capturing the reflections in the rough payment water patches which just enhance the decay of the buildings. I like you left a bit of perspective in the buildings which gives a sense of scale. If it were my image, I would add a bit more contrast and make sure the white and black points were anchored. |

A rather bland adventure for you, Larry.... I like the composition, the exclusion of sky, enough water to weight the bottom of the image, and the choice of shutter speed. This might make a good B/W image. |

I like you put the mill in context of its surroundings. I agree with Larry that for some reason it lacks contrast. More clarity, pegging the whites and blacks and putting a "S" in the tone curve would help. For me, I would slightly darken the green slope on the left. The human eye is drawn to the color green, and this grabbed my eye. |
