I was there but missed the ghosts. It was pitch black so I just caught the statues in my light. However you did the night effect was great. B/W was a good choice. For the image of ghosts, having a dark bottom that transitions into the ghost bodies works very well. I can't tell from the image, but it appears to me the crop on the right crowds the ghost a bit. That may not be the case. |

I like your post processing to bring out detail from shadows and enhance the color. I also like the composition because it enhances the size and height of the trees. My only thought is to reduce the bright log which appears to block the trail. It would be nice to think the trail continues. |

Well composed image and great job blending the images together. I know from experience it is more difficult than you would think. I like the way the brightest part draws my eye to the subject which is also nicely lit. My only suggestion is to have the limbs on the right be darker near the edge of the image so following the lit branches would stop before my eye goes out of the image. |

Beautiful image. I think the house and light on the clouds balance the lighthouse and light so well composed. Good choice for my eye to only include the brightest stars and not have all the small specs a texture slider would bring out. For me, I like the way you capture the bright light of the lighthouse. An option would have been a different exposure and blending the two images together in PS. |

This is a very impactful shot. Well seen and good decisions made. How you captured the sun without it blowing out is especially well done. I agree with the comment to crop up from the bottom. The clouds on the top keep the eye from going out of the image so no change there. Regarding the birds, for me it depends on how you plan to use the image. If it is large enough to let the viewer know those are birds, I would keep them. If used as a small image, the birds might appear as specs and not be as important. |
