I really like the color in this image, the white balance, shutter speed, the exposure you used and the position of the sun shining through the pavilion. All these together make a great image. F22 may have given you a bit more sun star burst effect, but that is pretty picky. One suggestion is to crop up a bit from the bottom and clone or heal the debris on the beach which can be distractions. I can see this one hanging on the wall |

Kudos to you for getting an image without including some of the 100+ tourists visiting there. Your cropping seems just right to me, and I like that you got the full reflection of the houses in the water and the amount of saturation you have. I have a very similar image and got dinged for the electric lines and line in the water (assume to an orange boat). Personally, I think the lines are part of the environment so leave them in. Nicely captured and processed. |

I like the composition of this image with the leading lines from the floor of the cavern and the top openings leading my eye through the image. Including people to put the size of the cavern in perspective is a nice touch. To my eye, the image looks dark, but maybe that is what you were trying to depict. I would consider just tweaking the darker parts of the image and lightening the sky if you wanted to avoid the HDR look. Looks like a fascinating place to be. |

I also like composition of this image - the mountain just pops out and the layers from foreground to distant background give a good sense of space. I agree with George that I would consider bringing up the shadows in the foreground, but not too much so it would not compete with the orange mountain. My style would be to crop the sky slightly, but may not be yours. Bottom line - beautiful image. |
