36 Jun 19 Comment I tend to agree about being torn about what is the subject, but for this composition would crop the boat out. I don't know if it were possible, but if you could have moved to the right and caught the boat in the foreground and the house as part of the background, that might have worked better. Technically, it looks well done and I like the colors. Jun 17th
36 Jun 19 Comment Amazing job of getting a sharp image and a really wide DOF. My eyes start with the flowers and then are pulled through the image by the triangular highlights in the lake. The cropping and composition look just right to me. I don't have any suggestions. Jun 6th
36 Jun 19 Comment Great job on capturing the details and the different layers of color. The shadows of the clouds add interest. The small amount of foreground included adds a sense of depth. I might clone out what appears to be a metal pole in the foreground. You may have done this with the saturation layer, but to my eye you could go a bit further is highlighting the orange and yellow colors. Jun 6th
36 Jun 19 Comment I like the crop of this image, the way the boats provide a diagonal line and diminishing perspective. The yellow/orange color pops too and separates the front boat from the red trim of other boats. My eye goes immediately there. Good choice on DOF. My only consideration is to slightly darken the bottom right hand corner to keep the eye from drifting to the lightness there. Jun 6th

36 Jun 19 Comment Nicely seen, a totally different image of the Grand Canyon. I actually like that the background is slightly hazy because while you still get a sense of place, the subject is the cliff and trees which are sharp and clear. My only suggestion would be to have included just a bit more sky or none at all. Jun 6th
