Overall a very interesting composition. Two comments, at the risk of making the houses more visible, increase brightness in the trees to give at least a hint of detail, and crop a little off the top, about half of the dark cloud streak, to keep more attention on the mountain. |

Thanks for the comment Henry. I did notice the haloing around the tree, but with tools available at the time I couldn't create a mask that would eliminate it. Perhaps with more recent updates, I could do a better job. |

Great job keeping the image square and I like the symmetry of the composition. Perhaps increase the contrast to make blacks blacker and whites whiter (except for lamp), but that might not work as well sepia for that "old time" feel. |

I like the subject and they way it has been edited. Regarding the windows, whether or not to bring out the detail depends on what's on the other side. There is a good chance that it would just take attention away from the interior. I love the contrast between the creepy interior and the word "Deluxe" on the dash. |

Very interesting image, almost an abstract. Nothing to add to other's comments. |

I found Tom's comments interesting. I think there are two photos here. The monochrome has more of a photojournalism flavor, accurately depicting the elements of the scene. The color image is more impressionistic - making the blue hour really blue, and for me it has more impact than the monochrome. I agree with comments on fixing the door, perhaps make it as dark as the surrounding wood so it doesn't stand out. |

I second all the comments about the hopscotch pattern etc providing leading lines into the image. I don't find the blue door distracting, but if you were going to change it, I would consider the same brown as the door on the right to emphasize symmetry. |

Great colors and the limited depth of field helps bring attention to the iguana's face. I don't see the harsh shadows that you often get with flash. Can you say more about your flash rig? I agree with comment about removing blade of grass that touches chin, but not the long one on the right. I think combined with the long one on the left, it serves to "frame" the iguana. |

Very nice photo, I like the contrast between the rocks in the canyon and the green beyond. Very different than the usual hoodoo focused pictures from Bryce. |

Thanks Suzanne, I totally overlooked the people in the top corner. I think that rather than cropping it, I would see if one of the remove tools could take them out without losing the right edge of the picture. |
