17 Feb 23 Comment Great capture - I love the running legs, splashing water, the eyes looking right at me and the open mouth. The only problem I have - and it may just be how the image translated through export - is that the highlights are blown out on the branch in the upper left. It looks like they've been toned down, but have become solid gray as a result. If that exists on your end as well, it might be possible to clone other parts of the branch into the blown out areas. 17 Feb 23 Comment I like the crop, and the way you caught her singing, but I think the guitarist on the left and artwork on the right could be dimmed a little to help her stand out without losing the context. To my eye, she doesn't appear sharp. In that lighting, at your shutter speed, it could be movement. I've had good luck with the Topaz AI suite. Its helped me save otherwise unusable photos that were a little too grainy and slightly out of focus. Feb 6th
17 Feb 23 Comment Well done. Bucking the trend here, I'm not sure that there is anything I would change. I like the symmetry of the clouds vs the rocks - I think this is one of those cases where horizon in the middle is not boring (channeling the Fabelmans). Feb 6th
17 Feb 23 Comment I second Laura Lee's comments about compositiion. Monochrome lends itself to a more dramatic treatment than you can get away with in color. Increasing the tonal range - especially at the white end - would make it more dramatic. Feb 6th
17 Feb 23 Comment Nice foreground and sky giving a feeling of depth - but there isn't anything in the middle to catch and hold your eye. Feb 6th
17 Feb 23 Comment I love the composition - leading lines all over the place, from bottom corner and from sides. I think the colored balls deserve a more prominent place in the image. I would love to see what the image looks like with the bottom and sides cropped so that the leading lines from the corners are preserved, but the balls take up more space in the image. Feb 6th
