Winner - wouldn't change a thing. I could go on about the lighting, toning, composition etc. but I'm sure you already know that. Who did you do the workshop with. I'm going to Santa Fe with Arizona Highways Photoscapes next month (still no Coronavirus in New Mexico). |

Is this a composite? Was the alpaca with its mouth open added?
If so, I wonder how it would look without it (I find it a little distracting). Does your club allow "hand of man" in nature competitions? If not, watch out for the harness on the alpaca in the uper right.

I like the composition and the reflection of the lighthouse in the water. I'd consider increasing saturation and contrast - depends on the feel you are going for. |

Very cool. I love how the color of his clothes and hat match colors in the walls. Was this a model or "volunteer", and were the clothes colors planned in advance? Great lighting. Interesting to compare this image and Udayan's. |

I love the reflection, the leading line of the curb into the image, and the waiting tram. Its too bad that the sky is bland. Some things to consider - crop from the top to just over the middle flagpole and a little on the left and a little on the bottom so the reflection becomes more prominent, and there is less sky. Perhaps also increase the saturation (or darken) the sky. |

Beautiful image. I love how the colors work together, and how the bright area of pavement leads you into the man carrying the basket. I'd consider cropping the right side, maybe half of the space between the wall poster and the edge. Also, I find the cut in half poster on the left edge a little distracting. If the left edge was cropped, I'd consider cropping less to see all of the poster. Alternatively, you might crop the light green wall out all together. |
