I suppose it helps that I'm crazy about butterflies (and all sorts of other critters), so I like this a lot. Of course you got the critical focus on the eyes, and antennae. The cropping is a bit too tight for my taste, tho it is perfectly symmetrical, which I do like. It's also special because of the compelling design of the underwings. Hope you have more butterfly shots! |

Lot of nice color and texture. As you said, I wish the brightness was a little greater, but it's a compelling shot, especially with the angle. |

The color and crispness of the apple is appealing. I would prefer the apple being more centered; having the only focus item on the far left bothers my aesthetics. |

I like it. No, it's not macro, but a creative twist w/ a macro lens. Colors are splendid. It does demonstrate what I like best about photography, which is an outlet for creativity that we / I don't otherwise have. |
