I so admire beautiful macro shots and envy the patience that photographers have. I have not enough patience and I guess in turn will never develop that skill so I applaud yours!
The stigma on the Hibiscus reminded me of a snail with the stigma being its antennae. So, I highlighted the stigma and stamen to focus on my make believe snail. I then just used the radial brush tool in LR to expose and under expose the areas and a slight vignette. |

Wow! Is this an iguana? Pretty impressive reptile!
I am going with Tom's edit on her, its all about the eye for me and the replication of her eye shape in the patterns on her skin. :) |

The tilt is certainly of benefit to this image. I am agreeing with Tom and the visible background is a tad distracting but, the re orientation of the image is great and I thank you so much for your input! |

Ta. Anything had to make an improvement on the original :) No he doesn't, I think he spends most of his time frightening people instead of looking at photographs;) |

You nailed it Tom! It looks significantly better than my edit. Nice work! It is a bit of a weird image and one that each time I see it I think " different perspective" and it makes me look at it for a little while. But, that is what an image should do shouldn't it? :) |
