Hi Peter, this is truly spectacular temple scenery. I have many from Thailand but none compare to this one. You came at the right time. You shot from the right angle. And, God granted you awesome sky. Too good to be true. In my experience. Some photographers are just really lucky! Congratulation Peter. |

Hi Meredith, this is really awesome. I love the mood you try to present to your audience. If you don't include your your original. I would have thought you did sky replacement. I saw a bit of Halo (bright outlines) and fringing (color bleed) that normally happened as a result of sky replacement in PS. I saw it a bit from original and it's getting more obvious after post process. I experience the same (many times). Because I love vivid, vibrant and saturate sky. I normally perform a bit of touch up to reduce the effects by using Luminosity Mask. I purposely make it too obvious for easy comparison. |

Hi Bob, I am a new member to this DDG 10. I love the sea-foam as well as the roses. The combination would be good if the roses all are facing upwards to make them looked floating on sea-foam. To me, this will create some sort of in 'loving memory mood'. In Indonesia, the country that I live. Many people cremates their deceased parents. Put the ashes in special container and buried it into the sea. We sprinkle flowers to the sea to commemorate them. In regards to bluish cut out lines around roses petals. There is a simple as explain by Brendan. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhkmHaUq2qU&t=260s. I hope this helps. |

Mark, To me. It's definitely excellent shot. You choose the spot to include most fall colors. The side lighting angle is just perfect to reveals leaves textures nicely. Excellent post processing in LR with very smooth vignette. |

Dona, I love bird photography. I used Sigma 150-600 mm lens which is par to Tamron 150-500. I could hardly belief you shot the birds at speed 1/100 sec @ 450 mm - hand held. You said you used Topaz AI Denoise and Sharpening. You likely doing perfect masking only some part of bird fur that was sharpened and allow the rest in its soft and fluffy. I also saw bird eyes strong and bright. It suggest me of excellent shooting skill out in the field and very fine post processing technique. It convince me your rank in bird photography. |

Hi Dough, I am a new member to this group. I have been a while in altered reality group but not familiar with 'AI Derivative' and how it relates with your original image. I would much appreciate your explanations. |

Hi Jan. I like to see how you come up to this composite ideas from different places. It's all well composed here. My only suggestion is to softened element edges so that the elements, especially the castle and the sky seems to seamless. |

Hi Steve. I appreciate your photographic eyes and ideas to mirror this image. It's a bit flashy to me. I would tune down the color a bit to be more like the originals. Don't worry it more of personal taste. Good job Steve. |

Hi Bob. I like your idea for this composite. It's simple but works to me. I read our friends comments and your responses. I understand you know what to do. Gradient for atmosphere is good but you need to mask the three balloons. You got it Bob. |

Hi Jan, It was a nightscape so I shot it in the evening. I accept your suggestion. The moon should be brighter and toned differently to make it more obvious. |

Hi Peter. I agree with Jan Handman. You have two strong images: Original and Original 3. Bob Wills shared good video tutorial here how to direct our viewer eyes to see our images. So, I make a copy of Jan's creation. Add a bit of reflection to Original 3, apply extra contrast and vignette to this object (original 3) to make it more impactful. There is no right or wrong in photography. It's a personal taste. |

Hi Kirk. What a wonderful shot. I like how you include the old fence as leading lines. Unfortunately, the tree in the middle of the fence block my eyes journey toward the end (red rock). I would remove this tree and also the tree on the right. Thanks for sharing this beautiful image with us. |

Hi Kathryn, I agree with Pierre. My eyes want to see bigger portion of the peninsula. I learned from drone photography tutorial to get as close as possible to the object. Avoid using drone digital zoom or cropping in the post process as this will degrade the image quality. I have drones my self but mostly for video. Rarely for aerial photography. You inspire me to take more aerial images. Please share more of your drone images. Thanks Kathryn. |

Hi Geoff. This is a beautiful image although a bit confusing without explanations. The part of salt crystallize water is a bit too bright to me. I suggest to tune down a bit for more pleasant viewing. Thanks for sharing this precious image with us. I really appreciate it. |

Hi Scott, I like the composition with strong leading lines. Pierre mentioned about sections that are completely black. Jerry mentioned about "outlining" at dark/light transitions. I called this outline as Halo. I also saw a grainy sky.
This suggest me of of excessive editing for sharpening, clarity or contrast adjustments. I might want to tune down those adjustments for softer tonality. |

Hi Pierre. To me. This is a perfect shot from the right angle at the right time. Balance composition between buildings and its reflections. I agree with Jerry's revisions to make it more vivid and vibrant. This is a more of a personal preference. |

Hi Jerry. I agree with other's comments. I like the complementary color between snowy mountain and fall colors. Composition wise, I might follow the rule of third to include a bit more of the snowy mountain background. |
