Hi Peter. I like this revision better than the original. I agree with you scary creepiness does not have to be dark. This image reminds me one of the columbarium isles. Nice creations. |

Hi Jan. LAst week, my son brought me to my favorit Hat shop next to Mangelsen Nature Gallery at La Jolla - San Diego. I told my son that my good PSA friend (Jan Handman) live not far away from there. To me. 'The Path of Time' deserves hanging in one of those fine art gallery walls. I really like how you play the light effect around the clock with mom holding baby's hand. It's beyond my imagination! Congratulation Jan! |

Hi Jan, Patrick and Peter. I apologize for this late response. I just came back from travelling and away from my computer for almost 3 weeks. You all make me learn. I used butterfly wings as symmetrical mask. This would make people wanting to see something symmetrical inside the mask. This is my revision. Any comments? |

Hi Geoff. I have seen the same scenery near Perth. They called it Pinnacles. Is it the same place? I like your shooting angle. It gives me impression of outer space scenery. |

Hi Pierre. I agree with Kirk. A slight vignette add depth and make the whole scene more dimensional. |

Hi Janet. You did not include your shooting parameters here. To me, You have done a great job from start to finish. I know you must be waiting for this swans family to action. The depth of field, the composition and the post process is just perfectly done. No suggestion. Good job Janet. |

Hi Howard. I agree with Ginny and Janet. The colors are really pop. It gives me a wow impact in the first look. You make me learn about DxO Deep Prime 3. Denoising and demosaicing application. Like Topaz AI. I saw some imperfections here on the bird beak, crest, quill and part of the body. Normally, I run Topaz AI with different adjustment parameters. Stack the results into layers and mask out the imperfect areas. Sometimes I used to touch up by using my wacom pen tablet with specific brushes. |

Hi Ginny. What a wonderful shot. I agree with Janet and Howard. The focus is a bit off. I like Janet's revision the one without the glow. |

Hi Howard. Yes, the eye is a bit too small. Unfortunately I did not have any other shot. I should have enlarged the eye a bit by using liquify filter in Photoshop for more pleasant viewing. Thanks for your suggestion. |

Hi Janet. Thanks for your comments. I agree with you. My crop is too tight. I should have given more room for the hippo to 'breath'. |
