Hi Jan. You may not realized 2023 is a rabbit year in Chinese (Lunar) Calendar. It symbolize the rabbit ask us which direction to go. To the dark or to the bright side of our life? Awesome work Jan. |

Hi Steve. You make me learn the word psychedelics. I don't know how to describe it. But, this image brings me a bit of unusual feeling. Is it what you call psychoactive substances? |

Awesome work. I just loved the result. Nice, smooth and cool. I wish I could have this pattern for my casual shirt. :) |

Hi Candy. It's a perfect arrangement. What I like the most is the blur and soft effect of the scene. Was that the effect you created by using Topaz Studio 2? |

Hi Steve. It reminds me of an old painting in my father's house. I agree with Steve Wessing, I prefer the original 2. |

Hi Jack. This is another unique and unusual image. My first object (in this case) would be the chick. My second object would be the Potoo. I suggest you to make this differentiation by making a bit of depth for the two. This one of the tutorial link that I like. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4dKHEC05Pk&t=356s |

Hi David. I agree with Dan comments about the object perspective. However, when taking picture I always think of our own safety. Especially, this kind of wild life. I would normally softened the crisp focus of the secondary objects. In this case: water wave to make my main subject more obvious. |

Hi Dan, I think you have done a great job capturing the 'cute look' of the creature. You might want to darkened the bright side of the face (right side) and brightened the shadow side (left side) to balance it a bit. |

Hi Julie, This is a unique and unusual image. My guest this would (at least) get accepted in nature photo salon. It has potential more than just accepted. Try your luck if you wish. :) |

Hi Ginny. I am glad to hear you come back enjoy your photography passions. I agree with Jack comments about darkening some areas to make the main orchid looks more outstanding. Nice shot Ginny. |

Hi Jack, thanks for your interest and curiosity. You can follow this link for tutorial how to take beta fish images. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSeNbVWh3NM&t=10s
I used Youngnoo remote flash to trigger my Canon Speed light.
In Indonesia you don't have to buy the fish, instead you can rent from ornamental fish shops. You just purchased cheap small aquarium for capturing them. See following picture. |

It was from a beta fish photography school. I guessed the instructor did not own the fish but he rented from beta fish collectors. |
