I like the simplicity of this image. the subject is off center but in focus. one thing that surprised me was that with F1.8 I was expecting alot more blurring but I am not seeing that!!

Kim, I like how much you have recovered from the original photo. The choice of B&W give it more depth, in my opinion. |

I like the cropping, you made sure that every inch of the photo is part of the story. Were you panning? the folks at the back appear to be spectator but they are out of focus. |

I like the subject, brings back lots of fun memories. it does feel like the back of the train is a bit out of focus, at least on my monitor. the numbers on the focus-stacked version feels blurry to me. The "jiggly" :-) version seems to be a bit more sharp to me. I like both though. |

thanks Jim, agree on the boulder's color. I wonder if I could find the right filter to apply here to keep the boulder's color while maintaining a monochrome feel for the rest of the picture!?

thanks Kim. I like your picture, it is minimalistically colored. So, it is almost B&W. |
