Jan, your steampunk works always amaze me! They are so beautiful and inspirational. The odds and ends that you added really make the image. Glad you were able to convince your hubby to pose! (My hubby wouldn't change his white socks either!) |

The twirl effect is always a lot of fun. Your result is quite beautiful. I'm happy that you could sell it for so much! |

I am amazed at the effect of your "witches brew" on the composer. I'm wondering what that same brew would do to those stark white sheets? Perhaps it would give a variation in shading to them. Since they are plain white, they do tend to be the focus of the image, though I don't think that was the intent of the story, which is much more comprehensive. Also, I thought the man was a piano tuner before reading your explanation. Perhaps if he had a quill in his hand, it would be easier to see that he was writing something.
The image is fun and delightful! Since I do live on the ocean, I can feel the story. Love it! |

I don't wish to meet her in a dark alley! You did a good job isolating her and her hair from the background. I second what has already been said! |

This is a very impacting image! The colors are great, but most of all, it tells a story, and does so beautifully. |
