Capturing good wildlife images is challenging. I'm thinking this image might be more effective if you cropped out the animal on the left since his face isn't visible.
After cropping, I used a select object mask in LightRoom to add more clarity to the animal on the right. Does this help the image at all? |

I'm really curious how you managed to get the sunstar. I have only been able to capture sunstars when part of the sun is obscured by clouds, buildings, leaves, or other things and using an aperture of f/22. |

You did a really good job of restoring detail and texture to the birds. Snow is really difficult creating a very high contrast image. The new masks in LightRoom are a life saver. To my eye, the snow is a bit too bright. I would also like to see a bit more detail in the snow.
In the attached image, I used the background mask in LR to add a touch more clarity and detail. Your thoughts? |

The autumn colors are lovely and rich. My eye struggles a bit with the lens distortion causing the trees to slant inward. You might consider correcting this in PhotoShop with the skew tool.
I did a quick correction. What do you think? |

I also feel like this image has the makings of a great picture. Like Glenn, I suggest cropping about half of the large cloud and maybe a bit from the bottom and left side.
Unfortunately, this image is not high enough resolution to crop much more without becoming pixelated. It seems a bit soft, especially when zooming in. You could try using Topaz Gigapixel AI to increase resolution enough to crop the image more.
Monochrome is a good choice for this image. You might try adding a bit more contrast to make the image pop a bit more. In the attached image I added pixels, increased the contrast and brightness a tad after cropping the image. What do you think? |

This is a lovely composition that you captured. Spraying the flowers with water is very effective. You might want to consider a bit of spot clean-up, not just the larger discolored spot at the top, but also some random white spots that attract the eye.
I would love to see how this image looks on a black rather than white background...just a thought. |
