I really do not have much to add about the processing of this image. I did notice several dust spots in the white part of the clouds that could be removed. |

This image certainly does lend itself to creative processing. I really like what you did with it. I especially like that you were able to maintain the dark grey tone in some of the stripes. To me, the tonal variation adds depth and interest to the image. |

I prefer your second edit with the foreground cropped up a bit more. It would be more effective if you were able to get the entire reflection of the peaks.
I don't think I would crop the river out completely. Doing so, in my opinion, would remove any focal point from the image.
Your color tones are definitely better than in the original, however, to my eye, the blue is a bit overpowering and might need some desaturation. |

Well, I agree with all three suggestions that have been made. My first thought was too much sky (with a lot of negative space). Maybe I am too technical, but I generally react negatively to a centered horizon especially when it is such a flat horizon.
I agree with John about enhancing the color and contrast in the cloudy part of the sky (once the negative space has been cropped off). In my opinion, that make the image more dynamic.
I also agree with Sam about the negative space on the left. I get lost in all that space and lose the focal point which I assume is the cows. |

I really like this image...good eye to see the photographic and artistic possibilities. I do like Jim's crop. It simplifies the image, and the swirling lines near the edges keep the viewer's eye inside the picture better.
I personally prefer the image with blue tones to a black and white image. |

Putting a person between her fingers would be a great idea. Unfortunately, I do not yet know how to do something like that. |
