I much prefer the tonal range of the processed version to the original raw file. It is amazing what the camera can record that is not immediately visible. You might want to consider increasing the mid-tone contrast to bring out a bit more of the details in the shadow areas. |

Experimenting with blur and focus is admirable. This image confuses me a little. It makes sense to me to blur the train since it is a rapidly moving object. It does not make sense to me to blur the man. In my mind, this image might be more effecting if the man were sharp while the train was blurred. |

You pretty much nailed it! The only suggestion I have is that you might consider darkening the background or adding a slight vignette to hold the eye inside the frame of the image. |

Great subject for night photography. The blue is so vibrant. You might want to consider copping the image so that the fountain is more off center. My eye prefers to travel from left to right, so I would prefer that the fountain be slightly to the left of center bringing my eye into the image rather than leading my eye out of the image. |
