David, I like the train coming in from right to left. For those who read left to right, it tricks the mind into thinking there is movement. As to the wheels, I replied below. Jim |

David, I think you might like this one better - taken a few seconds later. Jim |

Richard, I love what you did. I have a suggestion for you. Rather than desaturate the original, I used Camera RAW Filter to dehaze it. I'd like to see what you can do with this as an original. Jim |

Sophia, you have an excellent photo, great action and all the right elements. Nothing more is needed. You got this. Jim |

Pete, you have a great photo. The comments of our group are well thought out. I was distracted by the white post behind the bull's foreleg, so I used the clone tool to grab nearby posts and paint it blue. Let me know what you think. Jim |

Pete, I agree with our colleagues. This is a thought-provoking portrait of a woman with a lot of character. Rather than suggest that you adjust skin tones and corrections for a magazine cover, I would suggest that you work more on the blown highlights around her knit cap. You have a good start.
Starting from the original, I selected the area outside her hat, adjustment layer, exposure to black and closeup work with the clone tool. I did a few band aid spot touch-ups on the orange spots. Let me know what you think. |

Barbara, thank you for your review. There are different steam engines running here and trains make several runs each day. Let me know if you are ever coming out this way. Jim |

David, you have done an excellent job with presenting Deepak. I do think that you should include more of the right side of the photo, stopping short of the widow. This would frame Deepak inside the 2 vertical frames with carved + symbols.

Barbara, your creativity ties this theme together with a timeless elegance. Working off of Mark's observation, I think that the groom's head should not be cropped. You should reduce the size of the upper right photo and lower it so hiw head clears the top edge. Jim

Sophie, I took out the spots. Good catch. I used the selection tool to mask the planted field and the tree at the far-right edge to darken the bright yellows. Let me know what you think. Jim |
