Jim, I found time to search Photoshop. I did not find a filter for poster or rasterize. Please tell me how to find this in Adobe Photoshop CC 2019.
What I did on this photo was in filter, reduce noise - and did this step twice. Dr. Jim |

Laura, I appreciate your review. I started all over from the original RAW photo and came up with this. Dr. Jim |

Sue, this is a very unique perspective in what looks to be sunset on water for great reflections. I like the way you cropped it to take better control of the space and stillness.
Nicely done. Dr. Jim |

Jim, I am impressed with the successful way to get the exposure and details on these wolves in a rare moment. I appreciate the way the crop is so tight, eliminating the white snow. Great composition, very well done. Dr. Jim |

Laura, Your photo tells the important story of the valley eroded away by melt, yet containing the great mass of the glacier. I like the way each mound shows grass, pines, tundra and barren snow cap. I like the detail you pulled out in the clouds. Must have been a great trip. Dr. Jim |

Donna, Your photo of Iceland depicts an unusual climate. I like the road also. I wonder if you might have stepped to the right to show the road clear of the bush - or step in to get closer to the yellow flowers with the road going out to the distance beyond. Dr. Jim |

Philip, I like how your photo goes from cloudy to clear, shadow to light. I like the lines, the long shadows of the adult and child. Very nicely done. Dr. Jim |

Colleen, looking at this again, I see that the snout is too dark. I lightened it in Photoshop using the dodge tool - soft edges. |

Colleen, I am the admin for DD Group #24 and was impressed with your photo. I love the challenge of nature photography. I have a suggestion, which complies with Nature Division entries to not alter. In Photoshop I used the Neutral Density gradient to darken the background top down to the top leg of the turtle and used the Neutral Density gradient tool again to go from the bottom up to the croc's tongue -- all to tone down the blow out highlights. |
