39 Jan 26 Comment Great idea to think to do light painting with this subject. The result is well done.
Just a question/remark: there is a difference of structure and contrast between the upper right corner and the lower left corner. This last one has interesting shadow.

39 Jan 26 Comment The crop is well done.
With or with our the left side, it is your choice. I like it as is allow to have a continuity of people, subject in the center, and people on both sides, and also, to have a nice square format.
Good job to highlight people at the window.
For the man on the left, you took the picture at the right moment, he listens with attention, he smiles a little and his look goes to his friend.

39 Jan 26 Comment Every has its own interpretation. At first sight I thought at speech bubbles in a comic strip or ideas from his mind ...
I relaie like the soft structure.
Indeed, maybe some more contrast.

39 Jan 26 Comment I like the B&W as it is well processed and for the composition, however I would prefer the color one dor the "classic" red dress, as it immediately catch the eyes.
Are there some flowers on the top of the color version? It also catches the eyes on a positive way.
Is there contrast enough in both version?

39 Jan 26 Comment I like the composition and the structure of the B&W version. Thanks for the original to understand the work done, it is 2 different pictures.
The different intensity of light is interesting (catch the eyes) as the square in the center.
It takes time to look all the picture, and I like that as we will see all the elements.
The symmetry is perfect.

75 Jan 26 Comment Indeed a really nice abstract picture.
However, my eyes are drawn to by 3 corners (the top 2 and bottom left one).
Upper left corner: the structure is different from the rest of the image
Upper right & bottom left corner: the light is different.
It is not a problem, it is a perception.

75 Jan 26 Comment A soft and homogeneous black background, and I like it.
As Murphy wrote, the contrast is always interesting with the colors of the flowers.
I am not a specialist of the lighting, but I think it works well with this image.

75 Jan 26 Comment I really like the format and the composition. Also the light on the petals.
The background is soft (in comparison of the dark on the Murphy's picture), it is the choice of the maker. The red color in this background can be disturbing.

75 Jan 26 Comment In summary: sharp, beautiful colors, nice background, good composition and good choice of the color for the border.
Great job Murphy.
