Not easy to be the last one to comment.
The fog is always (often) interesting for a picture, with a good attention to the contrast, what you did in the second version.
I like the different shots (?) in the image. Quite difficult to have a lot of structure in the trees.
Water is not too much highlight, well done. |

Thanks Bob for your comment and suggestions. I used 135 mm, so I am quite "far" from the scene (+/- row 20), behind the public. |

I prefer the B&W version, and really like the story. Thank you.
Is it necessary to have more space on the upper right corner?
The objet in bottom right corner is part of the picture in the color version, but less useful in the B&W version, I think.
Good choice of the format. |

I completely agree with Paul.
I like the texture and the eye. Shame for the space on the right.
I wrote about the B&W version, of course. |

A really good conversion in B&W. Such subject is for the B&W, but you have to convert it correctly, and you have done it.
I like the tone and the texture. I like the bricks and smooth concrete of the silos. Good light. The sky is soft and I like it. |

I like the eagle and the creativity. The eagle is sharp (eye perfect) and the attitude is taken at a very interesting moment.
However at first sight I was "disturbed" by the foliage that has a different texture. This is also "confirmed" by Paul. |

Very beautiful composition and colors.
When people from other group die comment, it is always a pleasure I suppose.
Really well done.
Thanks for all the explication of your work/research. |

I agree with Murphy.
Sharpness is great. A little more light can enhance the picture.
Background stays natural as its is not completely dark. |

Great idea to have a picture and a macro of a part of it. Easier to understand the picture and the flower, and to see the possibilities of pictures with one flower.
Great structure of the different elements. Beautiful colors. Some more green? It is a choice. |

Beautiful creativity, and well realized.
Nice colors and it works well with the dark background.
A example of the "utility" of a thin frame around the picture.

Nice work to have this picture.
There are two backgrounds, one with petals, one without. It can be disturbing for some people, and interesting for others. I am in the second group as it raise questions.
Nice colors and flowers. |
