39 Jul 25 Comment Very nice and interesting hobby, even if the subject are not always funny. These buildings have a story. I supposed most of the pictures are B&W.
Maybe more space around the building if possible. I like the different elements, and the sky wanted to be part of the picture.

39 Jul 25 Comment Great B&W picture, with an excellent conversion and correction of perspective. There no more comparaison between the original and the final version. Good job.
Such monument call the B&W. Good texture, nice sky and clouds.
Really well done and a beautiful picture.

39 Jul 25 Comment Light and shadow, always a pleasant subject.
Some shadow (left side) are sharper than other (right side)?
What about more contrast? Just a suggestion.

39 Jul 25 Comment I like this kind (great and beautiful buildings). In this case there is life with the 2 people. That also gives a scale of the buildings.
Your conversion in B&W is great, as the clouds. I lasso like the light on the buildings. Job well done.
However, and personally, I prefer when there is a better symmetry. As you wrote, there is a pole. Would I be possible to have it between the 2 buildings ans to remove it?

39 Jul 25 Comment I also like the composition David, and the time of capture (extended wings).
Your photo processing is also interesting (light on and around the subject).
We don't see the eye, I suppose it's is quite the same color and the feathers?

39 Jul 25 Reply Thanks Paul (and also Paul et Mary Ann) for your comment. I wanted to have a bright background, but doing that had also an impact on the faces of the dancers.
I really like and thank for your suggestion Paul.

75 Jul 25 Comment We can imagine a lot of possibilities with this picture.
Well realized with some (wide) imagination.
It is not horizontal, and it is better, to be more natural.

75 Jul 25 Comment The picture has many flowers (petals) and is quite busy, but I like it very much. This is the new life of the spring (I suppose) and represent the beauty of the Nature, and we have nice colors (Red, Green, Yellow and Blue).
Good diagonal composition.
Maybe higher DoF (you were only at f/6,3)?

75 Jul 25 Comment Really appreciate the composition (flowers ans petals, the stems and their direction) and the colors (red/ fuchsia and green), and especially the story (work) of the realization of this picture. Good and beautiful job.
With macro lens we should maybe use high f number to increase the DoF.
Good idea the color of the frame.

75 Jul 25 Reply Thanks Murphy for your analysis and comments.
I tried to keep the background as natural as possible, however I agree with your comments.
