39 Mar 24 Comment Your are right Kathryn, this cat posed for you... Well done. I really like its attitude (eyes, their direction, position of the paws, the tail ...)
I don't know how is the original (color I suppose) picture, but it is perfect in B&W.
The background gives the impression to be in a studio... I like it.

39 Mar 24 Comment Indeed, a very emotional and strong image. I am also sad for him. I hope he is going well. Thank goodness we can't see the eyes. It could be still more emotional, but we don't have to hide the truth ...
The very sharped fence show that is is impossible to go out...
Indeed, you have not only captured the emotion, but also created emotion.

39 Mar 24 Comment Very nice composition.
Nice cloudy sky. Good idea to add the bird as there is less clouds in this part. Is the bird not too big icw the rocks?
Annoter application of all the possibilities of the iPhone ...

39 Mar 24 Comment Great picture, I really like it. Taken quickly and well done.
The hands and the face are well illuminated. The B&W vision works well and is stronger with the contrast.
As the composition is the lady, the computer and the reflection, what about cropping just under the upper window and above the light. Just a suggestion.

39 Mar 24 Comment I am not to have understood all the sequence of the pictures... The "original" was taken in 2011, the B&W is the conversion of the original, and the "original 2" is generated with PS & AI.
Anyway, here is my analysis. I like the colors of the color versions, and I prefer the color version. In the B&W the cactus seem to be "flat, with less texture" and the flowers on the ground are less sharp.
I like the "original 2", it is sharper. However I would crop a little on the left and the upper right corner to remove the disturbing elements.
I will read the other comments with attention to better understand what has been done.

75 Mar 24 Comment Festive colors, specially with the stars.
It takes time to see all the elements, and to understand the picture. This is positive.

75 Mar 24 Comment It is not possible to compare 2 pictures with and without focus staking.
It is incredible in this case (as usual for you Ray) how it is sharp and soft.
Great color and also for the background.
I should see once how it works.

75 Mar 24 Comment Special flower. Nice to see it.
I appreciate the comments of all specialists, and the use of ID software. I should do it also...
With the composition, the flower seems to be huge. It is a flower in a studio. I like it.

75 Mar 24 Comment The great possibilities of the iPhone, and specially of the maker...
Nice composition, and angle of view, as Ray mentioned.
I would maybe also darkened a little bit the background.

75 Mar 24 Comment The result of focus staking, a lovely and sharp picture.
I appreciate the colors. Good choice of the background.

75 Mar 24 Comment Indeed a nice composition and sharp flowers.
I would also darken a little the background (the grass on the top).

75 Mar 24 Reply This is artisanal work. Well done.
As I was reading your answer, I was thinking this should take time... You wrote it and added patience. I can understand it.
