39 Nov 20 Comment Incredible to have the elk taking the right pose for your picture. His look and position are perfect.
28 mm, really close to him. The frame is just at dimensions. No time to change of lens...

39 Nov 20 Comment Shadow can often means B&W picture. Here is a good exemple. These lines (orientation en length) are great.
I often say and write a cloudy sky means a picture in B&W. Here it is just the contrary, the blue sky without clouds allow you to have a beautiful black sky. The sky is at a good position (1/3) of the picture.
The texture of the wall is very well rendered.
Job Well Done.

39 Nov 20 Comment Good exemple of an image with the attraction and the warmth of the color, and the force of the B&W. Difficult to choose if we had to.
The symmetry is important in such image and is perfect. No deformation or well corrected.
A picture we would like to take.

39 Nov 20 Comment I have been there in July 2019, but I didn't see this point of view? Thanks Jerry. Great and very nice place.
The composition, with the diagonal, is well done. Foe the "disturbing" elements you didn't have the choice. It's with them or no picture...

39 Nov 20 Comment Mohammed, when we see a picture, we can immediately say it is a picture of you. You have your style and the capacity fo fix some landscapes. Can you organize a trip for the group 39 members...? Thanks in advance.
I agree with the comment of David. this is a beautiful picture, but If we (with your permission) take away the dunes and the sky, it is a great image that appeals, challenges those who look at it. That is important.

39 Nov 20 Comment Everything is already mentioned.
First comments when seeing the picture are the good sharpness (+) and the cut circle (-). A circle in a square format is always great.
We didn't always pay attention at the background when taking a picture, but as mentioned, if possible it can be improved to improve the picture.
I think beautiful pictures are taken within 5 miles from home and not 5.000 miles in a safari. Good job? I have not yet done it, and I should.

39 Nov 20 Reply Larry,
When I read you comment, I said "Great idea", why didn't I think to do that. Thanks. There are advantages ans disadvantages; With the original picture, you immediately see the face, and it "fight" a little the rules, what can be interesting... and as David mentioned it adds some tension. With you suggestion, we walk with the horse, and that's nice.
Thanks again for your suggestion.

39 Nov 20 Reply David,
Thanks for you nice comment.
I wasn't aware of the "value" of this picture, as I didn't use at all (I have tried now for a contest), and I really like it also. We have to go from time to time in our archives....

39 Nov 20 Reply Jerry,
Thanks for your comment. Simply LR (Lightroom), so no Silver effect, and some correction of the "colors".
